* Glen Jensen
Agel Founder and CEO
Glen Jensen is an 18-year veteran of the network marketing industry,
with humble roots beginning as a customer service representative while
he was attending college. He believes that experience, and his
subsequent climb up the network marketing ladder, was crucial to
prepare him for that day in November 2004 when he envisioned the idea
that has become Agel.
Agel was the result of a precise vision. Glen believed network
marketing was an industry that could help change and influence the
lives of all that it touched. He wanted to bring Agel to the world, and
knew the company would redefine the entire nutritional industry with
its unique Suspension Gel Technology. Agel utilizes revolutionary
operations and processes that allow quick and effective market

Glen's life outside Agel centers around his wife and five children. He
enjoys fishing, traveling, 4-wheeler riding and is big on playing

President and Co-founder
Craig Bradley, long time friend and collaborator of Glen Jensen, was
present for the genesis of Agel. When Glen dreamed up Suspension Gel

Darren Jensen has built a philosophy of innovation based on a
favorite quote: "Without change there is no innovation, creativity, or
incentive for improvement. Those who initiate change will have a better

Darren is an agent for change, always on the lookout for new ways to
manage and refine the logistics and processes of manufacturing and
getting product into the hands of the distributors around the world.

Darren has worked. He prepared for Agel by working for some of the
heavyweights in the industry: Amway, NuSkin, and along side Glen he
helped found Synergy Worldwide.
In addition to operations, he has held vital management positions in

Darren holds a BA in International Relations from Brigham Young
University. When he's not at the office you'll probably find him camping

Don't be fooled by Deon Lewis'calm, thoughtful exterior. His mind
is racing?literally. When he isn't helping Glen and other senior
leaders spread the word and vision of Agel as the company’s first
Chief Marketing Officer, Deon can often be found on the sports car
racing circuit in a modified BMW.
In his role, Deon oversees strategic planning for communications,
marketing and public relations to team members and consumers worldwide,
as well as media and internal communications.
His expertise includes corporate and product brand development;
corporate positioning; market evaluation and strategic communications
architectures. Deon brings more than 20 years of professional
advertising and marketing experience to Agel. Most recently he was vice
president?account director, group director of operations at McCann-Erickson,
part of the world’s largest marketing communications agency. While
there he managed strategic client relationships with Microsoft, Intel,
McAfee, Oracle and others.
Deon holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Brigham Young University. He
lives in the shadows of 12,000 foot (3658 meters) high mountains where
you can often find him on his mountain bike or spending time with his
wife and children.
* Jeff Higginson
Vice President of Sales
Jeff Higginson has often said, "What attracts people to Agel is the
chance to build better lives for others while improving one's own."
Seen through this lens, Jeff is a perfect role model. When not traveling

leading local city council meetings, volunteering as Santa Claus,
coaching high school sports, or spending time with his wife and three

A frequent Employee of the Month wherever he has worked, Kyle
Copeland was employed by a series of global companies, including Ernst
& Young, before joining the Agel team to help bring the company to all
corners of the world.
Kyle would much rather spend his leisure time on the back nine in a
golf cart than roughing it in the backcountry. When not focused on
working hard to make Agel the best company it can be, chances are he'll
be watching his golf idol Tiger Woods in action, even traveling to
watch him win the Master's in 2005.
Kyle is a CPA, holds a BS in Accounting from Brigham Young University
and an MBA from the University of South Florida. Hailing from a family
of seven children, he and his wife have three children of their own and
live in Highland, Utah.
